At Agent Title, each transaction begins and ends with one of us!  We do not hand your important purchase, sale or refinance off to a different department every day!  Once we open your file, it will stay with the same Licensed Title Agent, from start to finish! Your Agent will open your file, contact all parties, order payoff and estoppels, conduct searches, and fulfill underwriting requirements as quickly as possible. Your Agent will prepare documents, coordinate and conduct the closing, disburse and fund, order policies and send those policies out when received.
